Ingredients for Mutton Haleem

  • 1 lb mutton, boneless and cubed
  • 1 cup wheat grains
  • 1 cup mixed lentils (masoor dal, moong dal)
  • 1/2 cup barley
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ghee or oil
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Haleem spice mix
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Fried onions for garnish

Instructions for Making Mutton Haleem

  1. Preparation: Soak wheat grains, lentils, and barley in water separately for a few hours or overnight.
