Ingredients for Lamb Haleem
- 1 lb lamb, boneless and cubed
- 1 cup wheat grains
- 1 cup mixed lentils (masoor dal, moong dal)
- 1/2 cup barley
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup ghee or oil
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Haleem spice mix
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Preparation: Soak wheat grains, lentils, and barley in water separately for a few hours or overnight.
